Privacy Policy
How GenFour Marketing collects, uses and protects information from visitors and clients.

GenFour Marketing (“GenFour”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through genfourmarketing.com and in the course of providing services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you request a strategy call, contact us, or become a client, we collect the details you give us: name, company, email address, phone number, website address and the content of your message.
- Usage information. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type and referring source. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
- Client data. In the course of an engagement we may access your analytics, search console, advertising, CMS and business listing accounts. That access is used only to deliver the services you engaged us for.
The Marketing Clarity Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or stored.
How we use information

- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a newsletter or automated email sequence because you contacted us.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the business, such as email, scheduling, payment processing (Stripe) and hosting, each under their own privacy terms; and where required by law. Client data accessed during an engagement is not shared with any third party except tools required to deliver the work, which we will identify on request.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses minimal cookies necessary for it to function and for aggregate analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to any content.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required for tax and accounting purposes. Account access granted during an engagement is revoked at its conclusion unless you ask us to retain it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements. Email wil@genfourmarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We will update this policy when practices change and note the date above. Material changes affecting clients will be communicated directly.
