Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for GenFour audits, website projects and growth partnerships.

GenFour sells professional services, and the work itself is the deliverable. This policy explains what is refundable, when, and how cancellation works for each engagement type. It is designed to be fair in both directions.
Growth Audit
- Refundable in full if cancelled before work begins.
- Once work has started, the fee is non-refundable, because the research and analysis are the product. If you cancel mid-way, we deliver whatever findings exist at that point.
Website Project
- The initial 50% deposit covers discovery, strategy, copy and design. If the project is cancelled after those phases have begun, the deposit is applied to work completed and any remainder is refunded at a documented hourly rate.
- The final 50% is invoiced at launch and covers development, migration and support. If you cancel before launch, you are invoiced only for development work completed to date.
- All work completed and paid for is delivered to you, including design files and code, so nothing is lost.
Growth Partnership
- Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice at any time.
- If you cancel with less than 30 days remaining in a paid month, that month is completed and no further months are billed.
- Any month paid for and not started is refunded in full.
Third-party costs
Hosting, domains, software subscriptions, stock assets and advertising spend purchased on your behalf are non-refundable to the extent the provider does not refund them. Where possible, these are purchased in your name so you keep them regardless.
If something goes wrong
If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in writing, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no charge. If we cannot, we refund the portion of the fee attributable to that deliverable. We would rather resolve it than argue about it.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email wil@genfourmarketing.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Stripe within 10 business days of approval.
