The three phases
Discover. Build. Grow.
01
Discover
A conversation, not a questionnaire.
We start by understanding the business, not the marketing. What you sell, who buys it and why, what a good customer is worth, where growth is realistically available, and what has been tried before. We look at everything you are running now and what it is producing.
02
Build
One foundation, built to work together.
The plan becomes work. Depending on what Discover found, that may mean a new website, a restructured one, content, local visibility, tracking, or all of it. What matters is the order: foundation first, then visibility, then demand, with measurement wired in from day one.
03
Grow
Compounding progress, not random activity.
The system runs and improves. Each month we look at what the data says, decide where the next effort goes, and execute. Content gets published against the question map. Local visibility gets maintained. AI citations get tracked. Reporting takes five minutes to read.

Why the order matters
Most marketing fails on sequence, not effort.
Content gets written before anyone decides what it should rank for. Ads get turned on before the site can convert the traffic. Tracking gets installed after the launch, so the baseline is a guess. None of that is a lack of effort. It is work done in the wrong order, and each step undermines the next.

Questions
Questions about how we work.
Clear answers before you commit to anything.
Do I have to commit to all three phases?
No. The Growth Audit is a standalone engagement that ends with a plan you can act on with or without us. Many clients start there, some move to a website project, and some go straight to a monthly partnership. The phases are a sequence, not a bundle.
What do you need from me during Discover?
A couple of hours of conversation with the people who understand the business and the customers, access to your analytics and search accounts, and honest answers about what has and has not worked. The quality of the plan depends directly on the quality of that input.
How much of my time does the Grow phase take?
Roughly an hour a month for the review call, plus occasional approvals on content or decisions. The point of one accountable partner is that you are not project-managing the marketing.
What if something is not working?
We say so, in the monthly report, and change it. The measurement exists so that decisions get made on evidence. A partnership where the report always looks good is a partnership where nobody is looking closely.

The next move
Stop guessing. Start marketing with clarity.
One conversation is enough to know whether your marketing is moving you forward and what to do next if it is not.
